Does Dr. Hilinski offer computer morphing, or computer imaging, for rhinoplasty surgery in San Diego? The answer is – absolutely!
In most cases of rhinoplasty surgery – including revision rhinoplasty – Dr. Hilinski will perform some type of computer imaging of your actual clinical photos to get a better idea about the desired direction and degree of change with your nose.
Is the computer image the exact outcome you can expect from your rhinoplasty? Absolutely not! It is just a computer rendering of what Dr. Hilinski is hoping to achieve in terms of the type of rhinoplasty result. But keep in mind that Dr. Hilinski will only do computer morphing of your nose to show you what he thinks is realistically possible through rhinoplasty surgery.
Below is an example of an actual rhinoplasty patient prior to her surgery to correct a bulbous nasal tip deformity. You can see her preoperative rhinoplasty photo on the left, the computer enhanced image of her nose in the middle, and the actual rhinoplasty result on the right. Overall, you can see she has a beautiful result from Dr. Hilinski’s rhinoplasty surgery. But you can also appreciate how her imaged photo of her nose was fairly close to the actual rhinoplasty outcome. In fact, her actual nose job result looks even better!
